The Keyholder role supports the management team in exceeding customer expectations and achieving financial goals by:

  • Managing store opening and closing procedures, including register operations, returns, exchanges, and building access.
  • Supporting daily store operations and maintenance tasks.
  • Upholding customer service and training standards, exemplifying excellence, and communicating training needs.
  • Partnering with managers to check updates via Task Tracker and Retailweb, and following up on tasks.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales objectives through strategic action plans involving promotions and events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being approachable, accessible, and gracious.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Polo’s products and visual standards to serve customers effectively.
  • Participating in merchandising activities, including stock maintenance and floor changeovers.
  • Creating an environment that reflects Polo’s lifestyle philosophy of taste and sophistication.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance according to guidelines.

Salary range: $19.40 - $30.77 hourly.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • 2-4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
