Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.50/hr

Retail Sales Supervisors champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. Responsibilities include increasing sales, conversions, and service, while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions. Hiring immediately. Key responsibilities
  • Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to enhance customer service, sales, and conversion.
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions to customers.
  • Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
  • Perform Floor Leader duties, guiding the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support company initiatives, adapt to changes, and perform other assigned duties.
  • Maintain an engaging environment and complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
  • Assist with operational tasks alongside the GM.
  • Coach team members on behaviors that drive results and customer satisfaction.
  • Be flexible to perform additional duties as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Flexible schedule based on store needs.
  • At least 1 year experience in retail sales or services.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and understanding of customer needs.
  • Effective communication, organization, and adaptability.
  • Experience coaching or supervising teams.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
  • Ability to lift/move 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
