Job summary

Above Roofing is seeking a reliable and hardworking repair tech apprentice to join our team in Michigan. This full-time role offers hourly pay between 19 and 21 USD, commensurate with experience and growth potential.

You will assist the Repair Tech with roof repairs, installations, and cleanup, while following safety protocols and learning in a hands-on environment. We provide paid training, a $500 sign-on bonus, advancement opportunities, an incentive plan, holiday pay, PTO, a 401K with 100%

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and work well with others.
• Maintain safety standards and stay organized on the job site.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Repair Tech in performing roof repairs and related tasks.
• Support insulation, venting, gutters, and gutter guards as needed.
• Be available for emergency repairs, including evenings or weekends.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision and keep vehicles/warehouse organized.
• Communicate questions or problems to the lead and participate in weekly repair meetings.
