A local roofing contractor in Garrettsville is looking for a full-time roofing technician to help diagnose and repair roofs. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and experience in roofing, including the ability to handle minor repairs and ensure safety on the job site. Qualifications

• 3 years of roofing experience preferred.
• Experience with all penetrations, flashing, etc.
• Willingness to learn company methods.

Responsibilities

• Help diagnose and repair roofs.
• Perform roofing repairs, including leaks and torn shingles.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite.
• Document and communicate effectively with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Help Diagnose and Repair Roofs
• Perform Roofing Repairs: Inspect and repair minor issues leaks, torn shingles, and small patches.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures (OSHA, company guidelines) and use personal protective equipment properly.
• Maintain Worksite Cleanliness: Keep the job area free of debris, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely.
• Document and communicate with team and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25 - $35 Hr + Time and a half

Schedule: Monday to Friday *Saturday as needed, flexible
