Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) at Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time daytime role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with no nights or weekends.

As RN MTA, you will coordinate and oversee nursing care, conduct assessments, administer medications, and serve as a clinical resource for the jail's healthcare staff, collaborating with correctional officers and facility leadership to ensure

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience in clinical coordination or correctional health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties.
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff.
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership.
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.
