Job summary

Southern Health Partners is hiring an RN Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. The position offers a full-time, daytime schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no nights and no mandatory weekends, providing predictable work life outside of work.

You’ll coordinate and oversee nursing care, perform assessments and treatments, and serve as a clinical resource while collaborating with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility

Qualifications

• Coordinate delivery of quality healthcare in a correctional setting.
• Provide nursing assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.

• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department.
