Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. The role combines clinical oversight with coordination and organization of the medical department.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM with no nights or weekends, offering a predictable daytime routine while staying engaged in patient care and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource
