Qualifications

• Current California RN license required to practice.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice care is required.
• Driver's license and ability to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and care plans.
• Administer treatments, monitor conditions, and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using company devices.
• Supervise LVNs when assigned.
• Comply with all company policies to maintain high care standards.
