The ideal candidate holds an active California RN license, has home health or hospice experience, and can travel within the service area using a company device and provided tools.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in California.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice care.
• Able to travel within service area as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice per patient care plan.
• Administer treatments, monitor conditions, report changes to the team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using company devices.
• Supervise LVNs when assigned.
• Comply with all policies to maintain high standards of care.
