Job summary

Oak River Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team full-time on the NOC shift, Thursday through Saturday. You will lead nursing care, support staff, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care with dignity.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, updating care plans, coordinating admissions/discharges, and collaborating with physicians and families to create effective care plans. A California RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour NOC shifts.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do as an RN at Oak River:

As an RN, you'll oversee nursing care on your shift while supporting staff and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents while ensuring comfort and dignity

• Maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Creating a positive, calm, and caring environment for residents and staff
• Active RN license in California (required)
