Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring a Returns Coordinator for our Brighton, CO location. You will coordinate dock doors and trailers, work closely with Logistics dispatch and yard staff, and ensure accurate daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with warehouse processes, and knowledge of SAP (GOLD STOCK). This full-time role offers weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and/or experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of GOLD STOCK (SAP).
• Detail oriented and excellent people skills.
• Must be able to read and understand numbers and labels.
• This position requires associates to follow MHE Operations and Safe Driving practices, Safe.
• Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill out times on schedule
• Report attendance issues
• Work closely with Logistics dispatch and yard dog
• Coordinate dock doors and trailers in the yard
• Supply local vendors with their daily supplies of trays, totes, and crates
• Fill out hand tags
• Complete shipping log
• Monitor the daily offloading of empties
• Ensure that empties are separated and sorted
• Submit weekly schedule
• Start tray wash for AM
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Follow instructions for safely operating equipment
