Enterprise Mobility at Honolulu International Airport is seeking a full-time Return Agent to support the rental-car process at the Honolulu Airport location. This role offers a 40-hour work week with three schedule options to choose from.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to work 40 hours per week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
• Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage and direct customers to the counter for damage/loss reporting.
• Use proper statements to determine if the vehicle is being returned with a full tank of gas.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify vehicles on system hold and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
• Understand rental documents, fuel services, surcharges and optional coverages.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a full time Return Agent located at the Honolulu International Airport National location 96819.

This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour work week. Three schedule options are available:

• Schedule1: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday through Tuesday
• Schedule 2: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday
• Schedule 3: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Monday and Tuesday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Friday through Sunday

Rate of Pay: starting at $18.56/hour

The Return Agent provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process and assists all customers with the rental return process. Provides professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service while accurately completing all transactions. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. This role is available as regular full time which include the following benefits:

• Remind customer to check for personal belongings. Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found.

• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
• Knowledge of the rental/return documents, fuel services, days/extra hours/surcharges and optional coverages.
• Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure.
