Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven supervision, coaching and training skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and adaptability to new tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy store experience and coach sales training.
• Resolve consumer concerns per policy and partner with store manager.
• Participate in training for new hires on LS CO culture and policies.
• Coach and set expectations to improve engagement and retention.
• Handle cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment per policy.
• Work with management to meet sales and performance goals.
• Supervise store team in absence of managers.
• Follow store policies and directives.
