Job summary

You will supervise daily operations, support cash handling, floor sets and replenishment while coaching the team to meet sales and performance goals. This role requires flexibility, strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with supervising, coaching and training skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and implement strategies for brand equity and sales growth.
• Coach and train associates on service, loss prevention and store policies.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly and in line with company policy.
• Assist in cash handling, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
