Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Associate to join our Richmond stores. You will assist the store management team with daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.

We expect you to maintain a positive, energetic attitude, help with shipments and pricing, and support loss prevention and safety procedures. This role requires openness to working 35–40 hours per week and willingness to rotate across district

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily operations and customer service.
• Drive sales and merchandising in alignment with company standards.
• Assist with shipments, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor and a positive attitude.
• Support loss prevention and security procedures.
• Help train staff and monitor store compliance.
• Flex to work across multiple stores in the district.
