Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Associate to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes merchandising, stock handling, and assisting the Store Manager to meet goals.

The position requires strong English communication, reliability, and a willingness to work across multiple stores in the district. A 35–40 hour work week is expected with compensation tied to hourly sales. Training and loss-prevention programs are provided to staff.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English for management communication and customer interaction.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability to meet store needs across districts.
• Ability to work in multiple stores within the assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by providing courteous, knowledgeable service.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a neat and orderly sales environment and uphold company standards.
• Monitor loss prevention and follow security procedures to minimize shrinkage.
• Balance cash and follow proper point of sale procedures.
