Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Kentucky to deliver friendly customer service, stock products, and operate the checkout. You will follow merchandising plans, assist with curbside orders, and help maintain store appearance and safety.

The role is full-time with ~30+ hours weekly and starting wage of $20/hour, with scheduled increases over five years. Full benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash register, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks).
• Ability to follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves and follow merchandising plans.
• Operate the POS system and process purchases accurately.
• Assist with curbside pickup and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store per policy.
