Job summary

ALDI is hiring a store associate in Manassas, VA. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and perform cleaning tasks to keep the store looking its best. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver exceptional service.

Position Type: Full-Time. Average Hours: 30+ per week. Starting wage: $20.00 per hour with wage increases in subsequent years. Full-time benefits are included, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Capable of operating all store equipment as needed (POS, cash handling).
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and procedures with accuracy.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to maintain store standards.
• Cashier with POS accuracy and customer service focus.
• Open additional check lanes to maintain efficient checkout.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines throughout the store.
