Starting wage is $20 per hour with scheduled increases in years 2–5, reflecting performance and tenure. This is a full-time role with typical 30+ hours weekly and opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering prompt, courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices).
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks to maximize productivity.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet availability.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product and maintain displays.
• Operate POS system to process purchases and handle scanning issues.
• Assist with curbside pickup and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow cash policies and checkout procedures.
• Support store management to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms.
• Open additional check lanes as needed.
