ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate in Cranberry Township to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by working with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to handle duties with or without accommodations. Full-time schedule averages 30+ hours per week with wage progression and benefits.

Competenze

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (POS, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks).
• Interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS to scan and process purchases and reports errors.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly per merchandising planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Maintains safe working environment and proper equipment maintenance.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
