ALDI USA in Florida is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep our store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working with the ALDI team and delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role is full-time with about 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with raises in the coming years. You’ll handle POS transactions, curbside pickups, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to follow policies and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses the POS system to scan and process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows merchandising plans and opens extra lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly per planograms to maximise sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Supports management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Complies with company policies and maintains a safe working environment.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
