ALDI USA in Florida is hiring a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering and cleaning, ensuring the store looks its best and customers enjoy an excellent shopping experience.

You will maintain POS operations, assist with curbside pickup, and uphold inventory accuracy while following ALDI policies. This is a full-time role with about 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $19 per hour, with progressive increases over five years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service and checkout using the POS system.
• Stock shelves and display products per merchandising plans.
• Process curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Follow cash policies and store procedures.
• Assist management in loss prevention and inventory.
• Open additional lanes to improve checkout efficiency.
• Escalate concerns to store management when needed.
