Job summary

ALDI USA in Florida is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers, stock shelves, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service and a great shopping experience.

The role is full-time with average 30+ hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour with wage increases in Year 2–Year 5 to $18.50, $19.00, $19.00, and $20.00 respectively. Must be 18+, able to operate POS and store equipment, and follow company policies while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt customer service and follow ALDI service principles.
• Operate POS to scan and process purchases and report issues to management.
• Stock shelves and merchandise per planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
