Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS system for purchases and cash handling.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold customer service principles and escalate concerns when needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and open additional check lanes as needed.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain store and merchandising standards.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow inventory procedures and proper product handling.
• Perform general cleaning per company standards.
