ALDI Providence is seeking a full-time Store Associate to join our team. You will merchandise, stock shelves, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service.

Average hours are 30+ per week with starting wage of $19.50 per hour and wage growth in years 2–5 up to $21.50. This role requires 18+, HS diploma preferred, and ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Retail experience is a plus with benefits including health insurance and 401(k) options.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Operate POS and process purchases accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Keep shelves neat, organized and properly displayed.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and assist in checkout efficiency.
• Maintain store safety and report hazards as needed.
