Job summary

ALDI Providence is seeking a Store Associate to handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You will contribute to a positive shopping experience by working with the ALDI team and delivering friendly service.

Position is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week. Starting wage is $19.50 per hour, with increases to $20.00 in year 2, $20.50 in years 3 and 4, and $21.50 in year 5, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS hardware.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms.
• Operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support management in loss prevention and policy adherence.
