Silverado is hiring a Resident Engagement (Activities) Assistant in Las Vegas, NV to bring joy and purpose to residents through creative activity programs in memory care. You will assist the Director of Resident Engagement, organize memory enrichment activities, and support therapy sessions, with a schedule: Full Time, AM shift, variable days.

• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
