Job summary

Silverado Belmont is seeking a Full Time Resident Engagement Assistant (AM) to bring joy, engagement, and purpose to residents’ daily lives in a memory care setting. You will help plan and lead daily programs, support music and therapy sessions, and celebrate residents’ achievements with compassionate, creative care.

The role requires strong English communication, reliability, and ability to assist with activities for residents who have dementia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective communicator in English (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Anticipated pay range

$22 - $25 USD
