Noel Manor Retirement Living seeks a Full-Time Healthcare Coordinator to join our Verona, Wisconsin team, supporting residents at The Legacy at Noel Manor with care that reflects dignity and compassion.

Wages range from $24.00 to $33.00 per hour with a $1.50 weekend differential when applicable; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision/life/disability, and a 401k after one year of employment.

Qualifications

• Create schedule for caregivers (staff staffing).
• Assist with in-services for staff and staff reviews.
• Recruiting, hiring, terminating, and supervising on-site staff.
• Train new employees on duties and Policies & Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for having the MAR prepared monthly for DON approval.
• Document tasks delegated by DON per State Regulations and Nurse Practice Act.
• Handle medication reminders and administrations as delegated by RN/DON.
• Provide input on assessments and service plans for residents.
