Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as an Assisted Living CNA on the 3rd shift (Sun - Wed). The role focuses on delivering resident-centered care in a warm, home-like environment with a $2/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and providing emotional support. Prior CNA/HHA/LNA licensure is required, with preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with residents with dementia is desired

Academy Point at Mystic is looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
