Qualifications

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods; lift 50 lbs and push/carry 25 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays; flexible schedule.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies.
• Represent the community in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties: beds, rooms, common areas, dining room as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Assist residents with move‑in transition and provide emotional support.
• Check resident status, meals, attendance at activities, and report concerns.
