Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Retail Customer Care professional to support pharmacy care and inventory control programs, with a full-time schedule either from home in select states or on-site in Cumberland, RI. You will handle inbound calls, enroll patients in services, and ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the prescription journey.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, active technician licensure, and strong PC skills; training programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Resident of Rhode Island or listed states.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
• Ability to obtain Rhode Island licensure via application and fee.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient with MS Windows-based applications.
• Ability to complete all required training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with pharmacy needs and enroll in pharmacy services.
• Interact with CVS staff and care providers to streamline prescriptions.
• Receive inbound CVS pharmacy calls and record orders accurately.
• Provide order status information and maintain service quality.
• Deliver customer service in line with SOPs.
