Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced Full-Time Registered Dietitian for the Whitfield, MS healthcare team. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and enhance quality of life in line with patient goals.

The role requires a registered dietitian with strong nutritional knowledge, ability to educate staff and residents, and adherence to professional standards and state regulations. Excellent growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed the national exam by CDR or meets AND eligibility.
• Completes continuing education hours every five years per CDR guidelines.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments in setting up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participate in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
