Cura Hospitality, part of Elior North America, is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dietitian for the Whitfield, MS location. You will identify nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and enhance quality of life for patients/residents in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include educating the care team and patients, adhering to standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement efforts. This role emphasizes clinical nutrition expertise within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national exam or meets Academy eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up procedures affecting dining and nutrition.
• Participate in development and review of quality improvement programs.
