The Eaton Area Park & Recreation District is seeking a Recreation Coordinator, General Programming to develop, coordinate, implement, supervise, and evaluate a variety of recreation programs, special events, and the district's state-licensed school-age day camp program.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Recreation Division Manager and may supervise part-time camp counselors, leads, and contracted staff. Anticipated hiring range: $55,000-$61,500.

• Oversee the district's state-licensed school-age day camp program and related activities.

General Statement of Duties: The Recreation Coordinator, General Programming is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of a variety of recreation programs, special events, and the District's state-licensed school-age day camp program.

• Reports to: Works under the direction of the Recreation Division Manager
• Supervision Exercised: Part Time Camp Counselors, Camp Leads, and contracted program individuals.
• FLSA Status:Exempt
• Full-Time, Exempt: $55,000-65,000 annually
• Anticipated Hiring Range: $55,000-$61,500
