Job summary

Mental Health Partnerships (MHP) is hiring a Recovery Learning Specialist to facilitate recovery groups, teach WRAP trainings, and promote wellness through community resources.

The full-time role features in-office schedule Mon-Thu 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM and Sun 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a starting salary of $17.36/hour and a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement plan, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of related work experience (including internships and volunteer work).
• Credentialed as a Certified Peer Specialist is a plus; for Delaware programs, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates and facilitates group curriculum and lesson plans for recovery skills and whole health support; prepares handouts and maintains documentation.
• Organizes participants into groups; encourages mutual support and collaboration.
• Identifies and connects participants with community resources to build natural supports.
• Supports development of each participant's recovery plan and coordinates resources to promote self-sufficiency.
• Collects intake information and documents progress in the electronic health records system; maintains required documentation, logs and reports.
• Performs other duties to fulfill MHP's mission.
