Mills Auto Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of South Charlotte in the Pineville area. You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, directing calls, and supporting the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming phone calls to proper people / departments
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Stock New vehicles into the DMS
• Order supplies for the dealership as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management
