Family Car Group is seeking a friendly and professional receptionist for our Arlington dealership. You will be the voice and face of the showroom, greeting visitors and guiding them to the appropriate team members.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a long-term career mindset. The role includes clerical duties, data entry, phone coverage, mail tasks, and supporting daily front-desk operations to keep the dealership running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties: typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail.
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business.
• Update telephone directory.
• Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports.
• Attend department meetings.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
