AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a Full-time Receiving Clerk. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with hours potentially fluctuating to business needs. Starting pay is $16+ based on experience and education.

The role involves unloading, stocking, and distributing products within the Food and Nutrition Department, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to lift 50 pounds, read planograms, work well in a high-volume kitchen or warehouse, and

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift heavy boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Read planograms and set up merchandise accordingly.
• Well-organized and able to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments; verify against the order guide and check for damage or improper temperatures.
• Keep record of invoices and process inter-department stock requests.
• Monitor storage areas for accuracy; manage stock movement and labeling.
• Read planograms and rearrange merchandise for organizational flow in stockroom.
• Place orders with suppliers and resolve shipping issues.
• FOLLOW FIFO and maintain logs for receiving and temperatures.
