Job description

We are seeking a professional full-time Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be leading our Advisor (real estate broker) recruiting process for our high-end residential real estate brokerage in the greater Chicago area and the western coast of Michigan. This is a sales position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying high-potential candidates
• Conducting proactive outreach through phone calls, emails or social media messaging
• Attending candidate open houses and industry events
• Inviting prospective candidates to our bespoke events such as our MasterMind series
• Setting up and attending meetings with prospective advisors and our team/leadership
• Helping craft offers to the potential advisors and following up to close
• Maintaining a pipeline in our CRM by documenting all marketing and sales activities for each prospect
• Having a solid understanding our unique value proposition
• Fluent using our tools to articulate our value to prospects
• Interviewing our new Advisors as to why they joined us and what they feel is special about Engel & Völkers at 6-months and 12-months

Our desired candidate is excellent at cultivating relationships through a variety of communication channels, whether in-person, on social media, or over the telephone. Superior skills in the management and maintenance of a CRM pipeline, along with outstanding written communication capabilities are required.

Target total compensation at goal is $116,000, with a base from $40,000 - $55,000 / annually. We offer qualified employees health care insurance and a 401k. This is primarily an in-office position, based in either our Lincoln Park or Winnetka shop, with some travel required to meet with prospects and attend open houses.
