Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; located in Highlands Ranch, CO. Start date is immediate, with rapid interview scheduling.

You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play while maintaining a clean, safe space. RBT certification is funded.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support nearby ABC clinics.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
