Action Behavior Centers in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children. You will follow individualized treatment plans and collect basic data to track progress, while fostering a play-based learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
