Job Title: Full Time Public Area Attendant

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, including lobby, hallways, public areas, sidewalk, signage, and alley.
• Deep clean areas, including shampooing rooms and public spaces as assigned.
• Set up and maintain lobby functions such as morning coffee service.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request.
• Receive assignments, keys, and guest requests from your supervisor at the start of your shift.
• Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Return lost items with proper documentation.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed, supporting team efforts.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience or similar role.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service, good verbal communication, and basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
