Job description

Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel while providing exceptional service to our guests. Act as an advocate for the hotel, creating personalized experiences and developing relationships that encourage guest return.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, public areas, including sidewalks, signage, entrance, and alley.
2. Perform deep cleaning of rooms and public spaces as assigned.
3. Set up and maintain lobby functions, including morning coffee service.
4. Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request.
5. Receive assignments, keys, and guest requests from your supervisor at the start of your shift.
6. Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools.
7. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
8. Return lost items with proper documentation to the Housekeeping Department.
9. Perform additional responsibilities as needed, supporting team efforts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience or similar role.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service passion, good verbal communication, and basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
