Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Florida to join our SNF care team. This full-time role provides skilled PTA services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a focus on improving safety, function and independence.

You will work in dedicated therapy gyms across Pinecrest and Tamarac centers, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and benefiting from modern rehab facilities, a supportive culture, and a competitive hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida as a PTA (or license-eligible)
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Net Health knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life
• Help residents regain function, mobility and independence through skilled, compassionate care
