Step Up Miami is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF team. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents in a SNF, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

The role is full-time, with hourly pay, in Florida. A licensed PTA in Florida or license-eligible status is required, with SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Work within dedicated therapy gyms and contribute to resident mobility and independence.
