Job summary

Cypress Pointe Health & Wellness invites a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Houston, Texas. This full-time PTA role supports skilled nursing patients and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary care team to implement PT care plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

PTA credential required in Texas.
Experience in Skilled Nursing or Veterans Home is preferred.
Experience with EMR is required.

Responsibilities

Assist rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities.
Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans.
Assist with coordination of care with entire care team.
