Responsibilities

• Assist residents with rehabilitative services under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Maintain productivity as directed by Rehab Director or Administrator.
• Monitor therapy services and provide encouragement to residents.
• Document progress and daily notes in patient records.
• Record billing information for services rendered.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment per facility policies.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Uphold professional standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate ownership to enhance the therapy practice.
