Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Autumn Lake at Summit Park in Catonsville, MD. The role reports to a licensed Physical Therapist and covers hands-on rehabilitation to help residents improve mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other care team members.
