Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake in Glen Burnie, MD. You will work directly with residents on movements to improve safety and independence, with a competitive hourly rate of $34–$39 for a full-time role.

Responsibilities include implementing plans under a supervising PT, assisting residents with walking, balance, strength, and transfers, documenting sessions, and coordinating with nursing and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve walking, balance, strength, and transfers
• Observe their response to therapy and share updates with the PT
• Document sessions and coordinate with nursing and other clinicians
